Fun with Yupo – Arlaine Morrison

In this workshop we will explore the exciting creative possibilities of working with
yupo, a synthetic surface which is smooth and virtually non-absorbent. We will
use a variety ways to apply the paint to the surface. Textural effects will be made
by using rollers, stamps, plastic wrap, and sponges. Learn how to create effects
that can only be done on Yupo, and above all, have FUN!!

Saturated : Wet- into- Wet Technique – Geri Davis

½ hour lunch break at 12:00 noon, bring your lunch
In this workshop you will experience the full capabilities of saturated watercolor
paper. You will see how at full saturation, paint will blend and move over the
surface with ease. As the paper dries, the paint can be manipulated by spraying
the surface creating an entirely new look. Waterlilies will be our subject matter.
Photos will be furnished. Come and enjoy the free flowing experience of wet-into-
wet technique.
